Use our Jalapeño Olive Oil and Pineapple Balsamic in fish tacos; both offered in our current Mixed Club Selction. Here is our recipe:
1lb tilapia fish
1-2 ripe avocados
Cumin, Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne pepper, Chili powder, Garlic powder, Dried oregano
1 purple cabbage
2-3 whole carrots
Olive Hill Farm Jalapeño olive oil
Olive Hill Farm Pineapple Balsamic
Preheat over to 375 degrees
In a small bowl mix together fish seasonings ( see ingredient list)
Drizzle olive oil onto raw fish and then cover fish with pre-mixed seasoning.
Place fish onto oven tray, on top of parchment paper is recommended. cook for20-25 minutes until fish is white and flakey to touch.
Chop cabbage and carrots thinly, place into medium size bowl and dress with
Jalapeño olive oil and Pineapple balsamic, toss and dress to taste.
Once the fish is cooked, heat up tortillas and assemble :)
Place fish onto tortilla, then top with your coleslaw, finish with avocado and cotija cheese.
