Our Garlic olive oil is made by tossing fresh garlic in the press with our olives. The oil created gives real garlic flavor. Use as a substitute for any dish that normally requires garlic - Sauteing meat or vegetables and as a condiment in any dish with a savory flavor. It is great tossed with pasta, on salads, as a sandwich spread, for bread dipping and in marinades.
