Our Toscana is a blend of Frantoio and Pendolino varieties, a fruity, medium-robust oil with floral undertones. On the palate, this oil with predominantly green notes is slightly less fruity than expected from the aroma. It is moderately bitter and has a distinct pungency on the finish. Toscana is a balanced oil that pairs well with bruschette, grilled meats and vegetables, as well as legume-based soups. It is also ideal for salads and fresh greens.
